Q: Why 30 days for security?
A: We add thirty (30) days for security for the following reasons: further to the transaction with the executing notary, it will take 5 to 7 days for the notary to register the transaction; afterwards, the notary will send the commission check to the broker by mail, which will add about 3 days if the check is issued the same day as the registry; and finally, the bvroker receives the check by mail and will deposit it, the accountant will execute the corporative operations relative to the accounts receivables, will issue the check for CommExpress.ca, have the check signed by the authorized person(s), about 3 to 5 days more, and finally mail this check, about 2 to 3 days later. However, if the check is received in a shorten time frame, a cheque will be issued to you for the extra days retained (e.g.: 30 security days at 5.00$ per day = 150.00$ of fees. The total repayment is executed on the 10th day, thus a credit of 20 days at 5.00$ per day = 100.00$).You will then receive a credit for 100.00$ by check to your attention in the ten (10) days following the total reimbursement of the contract.
